Biologie moléculaire :   –    isolement et purification d’acides nucléiques,

  • amplification génique PCR, RT-PCR, single cell, PCR en temps réel (Taqman®, SYBR Green®),
  • extinction de l’expression de gènes (siRNA, shRNA),
  • séquençage automatique,
  • génie génétique (clonage, optogénétique).

 

Biochimie :                    –    extraction et dosage de protéines cellulaires,

  • électrophorèse en SDS-page, western-blot, immunoprécipitation,
  • transparisation de tissus biologiques (IDISCO).

 

Biologie cellulaire :        –    réalisation de cultures primaires (fibroblastes, cardiomyocytes, progéniteurs cardiaques humains et murins),

  • entretien de lignées cellulaires,
  • immunomarquage,
  • cytométrie en flux.
